Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
• USA & Canada: 7-15 business days
• Other countries: 10-20 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unused, with original packaging and tags attached.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
